INJCORE Supply Chain Network
Specialized Manufacturing Partners, Coordinated as One Project
INJCORE connects injection molding machine, mold, auxiliary equipment and automation suppliers according to the technical requirements of each customer project.
The objective is not to place unrelated products into one quotation. It is to coordinate specialized suppliers around one approved production requirement.
Why a Supply Network
Different Equipment Categories Require Different Manufacturing Expertise
Injection molding machines, molds, material handling equipment and robots require different engineering teams, manufacturing processes and quality-control methods.
INJCORE does not claim that every component is manufactured in one factory. Instead, we coordinate specialized suppliers according to the requirements of each project.
This structure allows the machine supplier to focus on molding equipment, the moldmaker to focus on tooling, and automation suppliers to focus on handling and production efficiency. INJCORE focuses on communication and the technical interfaces connecting those responsibilities.
Specialized manufacturing remains with the appropriate supplier. Project coordination remains with INJCORE.

Supplier Selection
Partners Are Evaluated Against the Project Requirements
Supplier selection is not based only on the lowest quotation. Technical suitability, communication and delivery capability must also be considered.
01
Technical Capability
Relevant design, engineering and manufacturing capability for the required application.
02
Application Experience
Previous experience with comparable materials, processes, products or equipment.
03
Quality-Control Process
Appropriate inspection, testing and documentation methods for the supplied equipment.
04
Communication Response
Ability to answer technical questions and follow documented project requirements.
05
Delivery Capability
Production planning and delivery capability aligned with the agreed project schedule.
06
Support Responsibility
Clear understanding of technical support, documentation and after-delivery obligations.
Responsibility Structure
Clear Responsibilities Reduce Project Gaps
The exact responsibility matrix is confirmed for each project. The structure below explains the normal division of roles.
| Project Area | Customer | INJCORE | Manufacturing Partner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Product requirements | Provide drawings, materials and output targets | Organize and clarify project information | Review manufacturing feasibility |
| Technical proposal | Review priorities and approve requirements | Coordinate proposal information and interfaces | Prepare category-specific technical proposal |
| Manufacturing | Confirm approved changes when required | Follow progress and organize communication | Manufacture according to approved specifications |
| Inspection and testing | Confirm acceptance requirements | Coordinate records, issues and follow-up | Perform applicable inspections and tests |
| Documentation | Confirm language and document needs | Track agreed document requirements | Prepare applicable technical documents |
Note: Final responsibilities depend on the equipment scope, commercial terms and approved project agreement.
