About INJCORE
A Project Coordination Partner for Integrated Injection Molding
INJCORE helps international plastics manufacturers coordinate injection molding machines, molds, auxiliary equipment and automation as one connected production project.
We connect customer requirements with specialized manufacturing partners, organize technical communication and help keep commercial decisions aligned with actual production goals.
Why We Exist
Complex Molding Projects Need Coordinated Decisions
Many injection molding projects involve several specialized suppliers. The injection molding machine may come from one manufacturer, the mold from another, and the auxiliary equipment or robot from additional suppliers.
Each supplier may provide a suitable individual product, but successful production also depends on how those products work together. Machine capacity, mold dimensions, material requirements, utilities, cycle targets, part handling and factory conditions must be considered as connected decisions.
INJCORE was created to provide a central coordination point between the customer and these specialized suppliers. Our role is to organize the available information, identify important interfaces and help all parties work from the same approved project requirements.
We do not begin with a fixed equipment package. We begin by understanding what the customer needs to produce.
A Transparent Supply Model
Clear About Who We Are and What We Do
Customers should understand who is coordinating the project, who manufactures each component and how responsibilities are assigned.
What INJCORE Is
- A customer-facing injection molding project solution and coordination brand.
- A central communication point for machines, molds, auxiliaries and automation.
- A bridge between international buyers and specialized Chinese manufacturing partners.
- A coordinator focused on technical clarity, documented decisions and practical follow-up.
What INJCORE Does Not Claim
- We do not claim that every machine, mold and automation component is manufactured in one factory.
- We do not recommend specifications without first reviewing sufficient application information.
- We do not treat every project as a standard package with identical equipment.
- We do not hide the roles of the specialized manufacturing partners involved in the project.
Our Role
Connecting the Technical and Commercial Sides of the Project
INJCORE acts as the project coordination point between the customer's production objectives and the capabilities of specialized manufacturing suppliers.

20+
Years of International Sales Experience
Experience Behind INJCORE
Experience That Helps Technical Projects Move Across Borders
Twenty years of international sales experience provides practical understanding of how overseas buyers evaluate suppliers, compare technical proposals, manage purchasing concerns and communicate across different business cultures.
At INJCORE, that experience is applied to requirement clarification, proposal comparison, technical follow-up and communication between customers and manufacturing partners.
The value is not simply knowing how to export equipment. It is knowing which questions should be answered before an injection molding project proceeds to quotation, manufacturing and delivery.
Our Working Principles
The Principles Behind Every INJCORE Project
Our working principles are designed to support clearer decisions, realistic expectations and long-term cooperation.
Technical Honesty
We distinguish confirmed information from assumptions and avoid recommending specifications without sufficient project data.
Clear Responsibility
